Definition of Agency Relationships

Buyers Agency Agreement
- This allows a Realtor to legally represent you in a purchase transaction. (and also to be paid at closing)

Sales Contract
- The offer to purchase contract. Must include a mortgage pre-approval letter or proof of funds and an earnest money deposit.
