Buying Real Estate in DenverThe Denver real estate market currently offers the opportunity for strong negotiations to lead to smart home purchases. With many anxious sellers and home builders around town we can usually find a deal to be proud of. While we can look at bank owned and foreclosure opportunities, there are also many good homes that have languished on the market. Typically, their real estate agent has not prepared the home properly (poor staging)or has set an unreasonable price (nearby bank foreclosure homes). These owners often reach a point of ‘sell my home now’. This is where a skilled Realtor with strong negotiation skills can shine. If you have the stomach for strong negotiations, and are willing to walk away from a deal, then I can usually find a good deal. Not just any real estate agent in Denver has the patience for these types of hardball negotiations. Even the new home builders are secretly discounting their prices on their last remaining houses. But they won’t tell you that for fear of reactions from their most recent customers. When you are ready to buy call me for an initial discussion. Remember, the Realtor commission is paid by the seller.
